Class Refund Policy

In the event that the student cancels their participation in the class within 72 hours of the date of the class, a refund will be applied less the credit card processing fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the class date will be eligible for a 50% refund minus credit card fees. Cancellations may be eligible to move to a future class date rather than receive a refund.

No-shows without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event W.I.S.E. Firearm Training cancels a class we will offer to move the student to the next available class or issue a refund less the credit card processing fees.

Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Merchandise Refund/Exchange Policy

Orders that are fulfilled incorrectly will be exchanged for the correct item. We must be notified within five days of receipt of an incorrectly fulfilled order. Contact us at wiseftquincy@gmail.com for questions related to refunds and returns. Shipping costs and credit card fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping and credit card fees will be deducted from your refund.

Orders that are fulfilled correctly are not eligible for refund or exchange.
